Overview
This policy explains how Fixtro, provided by Lumei (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the Fixtro iPhone or iPad application and the fixtro.app website.
Fixtro does not require an account, does not contain advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not use cross-app tracking.
Information stored on your device
Sports data and preferences
The app stores selected competitions, schedules, scores, standings, and display preferences on your device. This allows Fixtro to open quickly and continue showing previously loaded information when a network connection is unavailable.
Diagnostic logs
Fixtro keeps privacy-safe diagnostic files on your device for up to seven days, with a maximum total size of 5 MB. They can include app lifecycle events, refresh results, HTTP status codes, request duration, retry outcomes, cache status, and error categories.
Diagnostic files do not include API credentials, request headers, response bodies, advertising identifiers, contact lists, photos, precise location, or user-entered content. They remain on your device unless you explicitly select Share Diagnostic Logs and choose a recipient.
Information processed when the app connects
Fixtro connects to our Microsoft Azure-hosted service to retrieve sports schedules, scores, lineups, timelines, and statistics. As with most internet services, Azure may process network information such as an IP address, request time, requested endpoint, response status, and technical error data to deliver the service, enforce security limits, and diagnose reliability.
We do not use this operational information to identify you, advertise to you, or track activity across apps and websites. Sports-data requests to TheSportsDB are made by our server, rather than directly from your device.
Information you choose to send us
If you email support or share a diagnostic file, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and improve Fixtro. Do not include information that is not needed to investigate your request.
Website data
fixtro.app is a static informational website hosted on Azure Static Web Apps. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, account sign-in, or tracking pixels. Azure may process standard request and security information to serve the website and protect its infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
- On-device diagnostic files are automatically limited to seven days and 5 MB.
- Cached app data remains until it is refreshed, removed by the operating system, or the app is deleted.
- Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and document the request.
- Operational service records are retained according to our Azure monitoring and security configuration.
Because Fixtro has no user accounts, we generally cannot associate service records with a specific person. Deleting the app removes its locally stored Fixtro data from the device.
Service providers
We use providers only as needed to operate Fixtro:
- Microsoft Azure for API hosting, caching, security, monitoring, and website hosting.
- TheSportsDB as the source of sports schedules, scores, and match information.
- Microsoft Outlook if you contact the support email address.
Children’s privacy
Fixtro is a general-audience sports information app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Fixtro’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
