Scores are not updating
Confirm the device is online, return to Fixtro, and pull down on the Schedule screen to refresh. Saved data remains visible during temporary network or provider interruptions.
A competition is missing
Open Leagues and select an available competition. Some listed leagues are marked Coming soon while their format and data are being prepared.
The bracket looks incomplete
Future knockout slots remain TBD until the feeding matches and official participants are available. Swipe horizontally to move between rounds.
Reinstalling the app
Deleting Fixtro also removes its saved schedules, preferences, and diagnostic history. Fresh sports data loads again after reinstalling.
Share diagnostic logs
A diagnostic file is usually the fastest way for us to understand a refresh, display, or connection problem.
- Open Leagues in Fixtro.
- Tap the ••• Support menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Share Diagnostic Logs.
- Choose Mail and send the text file to lumeiapp@outlook.com.
- Include a short description of what happened and the approximate time.
Logs are retained for seven days with a 5 MB limit. They exclude credentials, request headers, response bodies, device identifiers, and personal content. Nothing is sent until you choose a destination in the system share sheet.
When contacting support
It helps to include:
- Your Fixtro version and iOS or iPadOS version.
- The competition, match, and screen involved.
- What you expected and what appeared instead.
- Whether the issue continues after reopening Fixtro.
- A diagnostic file, if you are comfortable sharing it.
